We believe privacy should be understandable.
SWAGG Consulting and BaileyOS collect only the information necessary to provide services, maintain account access, process purchases, and improve the experience of our platforms.
We do not sell personal information.
We strive to minimize data collection whenever practical and design our systems around transparency, accountability, and user trust.
This policy covers swaggconsulting.com, BaileyOS, Signal Ark, Mission Control, The 81 Canon, 360° Brewing (including the Data Nest / Hello Brew check-in experience), Oasis, and related SWAGG properties.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:
- Account details you provide (name, email, profile information)
- Sign-in identifiers from authentication providers you choose (LinkedIn, Google, GitHub, or similar)
- Purchase and billing metadata needed to complete a transaction (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
- Messages, check-ins, form submissions, or support requests you send us
- Technical logs needed to run and secure the service (for example approximate device/browser type, timestamps, and error events)
- Optional analytics about how pages are used, when enabled
We do not ask for more than the product needs. Some features (for example age confirmation on Oasis) are designed to avoid collecting personal identifiers beyond what is required to operate the feature.
2. How Information Is Used
We use information to:
- Create and secure accounts
- Deliver the products and services you request
- Process payments and send related confirmations
- Respond to questions and support needs
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
- Improve reliability and clarity of our platforms
3. Authentication Providers
You may sign in with third-party providers such as LinkedIn, Google, or GitHub. Those providers share limited profile information with us according to the permissions you approve. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your data. You can disconnect a provider through that provider's account settings and by contacting us to update your SWAGG account.
4. Payments (Stripe)
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the payment details needed to complete checkout. See Stripe's privacy policy for how Stripe handles payment data. We retain purchase records needed for accounting, fulfillment, and customer support.
5. Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics or hosting-platform analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. Where a cookie banner or consent control is shown, analytics that require consent run only after you accept.
6. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, security, and accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where practical.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email Brian@swaggconsulting.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as products change. The effective date above will be revised when we do. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
